Yes, all of our honey is certified organic.

What makes your honey unprocessed and raw?

None of our honey is heat treated to stop it from crystalizing, it does not contain any additives and is handled as little as possible to enable it to reach you as naturally as possible.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

All of our bees are looked after ethically, any work that we do with them is done with as minimal interruption to them, their natural habitat and routines. The bees are always left with plenty of honey to look after themselves as well as being fed back their own honey during winter months if we can see that they are struggling.

 

Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchasing options?

We will endeavor to accommodate all requests. Please contact us to discuss these options.

 

How should I store your honey to maintain its quality?

In a cool place away from direct sunlight. Do NOT store in the fridge.

 

Are your bee products, such as propolis and royal jelly, ethically sourced?

Are your honey and bee products tested for quality and purity?

All of our batches are tested for antibacterial properties and are annually retested to ensure they are 100% organic as per our certification.

 

Can I visit your beekeeping facility or take part in beekeeping workshops?

What is the shelf life of your honey and bee products?

Honey has no expiry; it can last for 100s of years. As our honey is a natural product it will crystalize after a few months. This does not mean the honey is old. It is a natural process within the honey to preserve itself. To reliquefy they honey; place it in warm sunshine or place the jar in warm water. Never microwave honey.

 

Do you offer shipping and delivery options?

Yes, we offer overseas shipping, local delivery and local pickup.

What is a TA rating?

A TA rating in honey refers to the Total Activity level, which measures the antibacterial potency of the honey. It indicates the honey's ability to inhibit the growth of bacteria and other microbes. The higher the TA rating, the greater the antibacterial activity of the honey. Honey with a high TA rating is often sought after for its potential health benefits, such as immune support and wound healing properties.
